Delete Your Happy Daily Journal Account and Associated Data

This page lets you request deletion of your Happy Daily Journal account and associated data from takekapp1990. You can use the email option below even if you have already uninstalled the Application.

How to Request Deletion

1. If you can use the Application, use its in-app account deletion feature.
2. If you cannot use the Application, use the button below. Use the subject “Happy Daily Journal Account Deletion Request” and state whether you used Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple and the email address associated with that account.
3. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership. Do not send a password or authentication code.

Request deletion by email

Data We Delete

• your Firebase Authentication user;
• personal data and encrypted backups on our server;
• AI chat consent status and consent version;
• AI chat daily usage counts and subscription verification cache; and
• AI reply report data you submitted.

Items Not Deleted or Canceled by This Process

• Journal entries, mood records, ordinary AI conversation history, and other local data stored on your device. Use the relevant in-app deletion features or remove the Application from your device.
• An Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel recurring billing separately through the relevant store.
• Transaction or subscription records retained independently by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. Those providers may retain records under their own policies for payment processing, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.

If we must retain limited information for a legal obligation, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or another legitimate reason, we retain it only to the extent and for the period necessary for that purpose.
