These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the application service "Tap Album" ("the App") provided by TakeKApp ("we"). These Terms apply to all users of the App.
You must agree to these Terms to use the App.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We may update these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms will be posted in the App or on our website.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You are responsible for preparing and maintaining the device and network environment required to use the App.
The App includes paid features (Premium). Purchases are processed via the app store.
Premium is a one-time purchase. If available, you can restore purchases within the App.
You must not engage in any of the following:
All intellectual property rights related to the App and its content belong to us or legitimate right holders.
We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate the App without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
