These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions regarding the use of the application service "Sudoku Hint" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") provided by TakeKApp (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), and apply to all customers (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who use the App. Users should read these Terms carefully before using the App.
Users shall use the App in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and cannot use the App unless they agree to these Terms.
By using the App, a usage contract (hereinafter referred to as "this Usage Contract") in accordance with the provisions of these Terms is formed between the User and us.
If Users do not agree to these Terms, they must stop using the App immediately.
We may change or add to the contents of these Terms at any time at our discretion. Unless otherwise specified by us, the modified Terms will be posted on the App or on the website operated by us.
If Users do not agree to the modified Terms, they cannot use the App.
If a User continues to use the App after these Terms have been changed, the User is deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.
We will not notify each User individually regarding changes or additions to these Terms. Users should verify the latest version of these Terms from time to time before using the App.
If the description of the App's service content, etc. outside of these Terms differs from the content of these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
In these Terms, the meanings of the terms listed in the following items shall be as prescribed in each item.
"Content"
Information accessible by Users through the App (including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio,
music and other sounds, graphics, software, programs, code, and other data).
"User Information"
The Content in Item 1 of this Article, information and content information input or transmitted by Users
when using the App, and information collected from Users (Cookie, device-specific information, location
information, or other information related to the User's device related to search advertising services).
"Account"
The right to use the App on the device where the User downloaded and installed the App.
Users may use the App only for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with the methods prescribed by us.
Preparation and maintenance of information terminals, software, communication lines, and other communication environments necessary to use the App shall be done at the User's expense and responsibility.
Users shall manage their accounts at their own responsibility, and if the App is used by a User's account, we deem that the User holding said account has used the App.
This service is available for free, except for some services and content. Some paid services shall be paid for by the method and fees separately determined by us.
Users can become Premium Members through a monthly or annual subscription.

We use User information, device information, and other information collected from Users regarding the use of the App for the operation, development, and improvement of the App, service enhancement, and development of new products, and handle it appropriately in accordance with the Privacy Policy separately determined by us.
We may provide information collected from Users regarding the use of the App (Cookie, device-specific information, location information, or other information related to the User's device related to search advertising services) to companies operating advertising networks to the extent necessary to display advertisements in the App.
We may use, change, or delete information automatically created by the program inside the App (such as statistical data and puzzle analysis data) among User information without prior notice.
All intellectual property rights related to the App and the content within the App belong to us or those who have granted licenses to us.
In using the App, Users must not engage in any act that falls under or is likely to fall under any of the following items, either personally or through a third party.
If we determine that a User falls under or is likely to fall under any of the following items, we may, at our discretion and without any notice, take measures such as deleting all or part of User content or other information, suspending or restricting the use of the App, or cancelling this Usage Contract including deletion of the account (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.").
If a User violates these Terms, we may, at our discretion, take measures such as suspending or limiting the use of the App for said User, or deleting the account.
Users can stop using the App and cancel this Usage Contract at any time.
If a User violates these Terms, we may, at our discretion, cancel this Usage Contract with said User.
We are not responsible for any damages incurred by Users due to the use of the App.
The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
In the event of a dispute regarding these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
