This Privacy Policy outlines how TakeKApp ("the Developer," "we," "our," or "us") handles information within the "Tificat" mobile application ("the App"). This policy applies to all users (the "User") of the App.

The Developer may automatically collect the following information during the User's use of the App. This information does not personally identify any specific User.

• Device Information (OS version, device model, advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID), etc.)
• In-App Operation Logs (frequency of feature use, crash/error reports, statistical data, etc.)

2. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

The App utilizes the following third-party services for advertising, analytics, and payment processing. Each service may automatically collect information. Please refer to each company's privacy policy for details on their data handling.

3. Information Related to Inquiries

When a User submits an inquiry to the Developer, the Developer may collect the User's email address for correspondence and the content of the inquiry itself.

The Developer uses the collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating App features (such as AI message generation).
• Analyzing App usage, improving bugs, and conducting surveys for service enhancement.
• Responding to User inquiries.
• Displaying advertisements and measuring their effectiveness.
• Managing and providing premium features.

Article 3 (Prohibition of Disclosure to Third Parties)

The Developer will appropriately manage the information provided by Users and will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

• When the User has given consent.
• When disclosure is required by law.
• When it is necessary to protect someone's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the User's consent.

Article 4 (Safety Management Measures)

The Developer takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the collected information and for other security management. This includes encryption of communication (SSL/TLS) and appropriate access control to information.

Article 5 (Data Handling in AI Message Generation)

The App generates reminder messages using Generative AI (Google Gemini API). In this context, data is handled strictly as follows:

• Temporary Processing: The reminder title you set is temporarily sent to the server for message generation. This is a temporary process solely for the purpose of generation, and the data is promptly discarded from the server after the generation is complete.
• No AI Training: Data sent through the AI service is NOT used to train AI models (Gemini).
• No Cloud Storage of Content: We do not permanently store your specific reminder titles or notes on our own cloud databases. Your reminder data is stored exclusively on your device.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

Use of the App is at the User's own risk. The Developer does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the App or the content of the AI-generated messages. The Developer will strive to correct any bugs, but shall not be liable for any damages (direct or indirect) arising from the use of the App.

Article 7 (Changes and Notifications)

The Developer may update this Privacy Policy at its discretion. Significant changes will be announced within the App or through other appropriate methods.
