These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Happy Daily Journal mobile application (the "Application") provided by takekapp1990 ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
The Application is a self-care support app that may include one-line journaling, mood records, fortune content, character care, AI character chat, mini-games, customization, account-based storage, in-app purchases, and related features. We may change, add, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, network connection, software environment, and access credentials needed to use the Application.
If you choose to use Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, you are responsible for keeping access to those accounts secure. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your sign-in credentials except where required by law.
By using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, you understand that your journal data, settings, and other app data may be associated with your signed-in account to support backup, restore, transfer, or similar account-based features.
We do not guarantee that storage, synchronization, restore, or transfer will always be available or error-free. These features may be affected by network conditions, device status, third-party service availability, or technical limitations.
AI character chat is available only after you review the in-app disclosure, give explicit consent, use Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Information sent for AI processing and other data handling are governed by the Privacy Policy.
AI replies may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. We do not guarantee their completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI character chat is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
You must use AI replies as reference information at your own discretion and must not rely solely on an AI reply for decisions about health or safety. You can report an AI reply you consider inappropriate through the in-app reporting feature.
The Application may offer paid features, consumables, non-consumables, or subscriptions. Pricing, billing periods, included benefits, and renewal terms are shown in the Application or the relevant app store listing.
You may not:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application and its content, including intellectual property rights, remain with us or our licensors.
The Application may use third-party services such as Google Play Services, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Cloud Vertex AI, RevenueCat, Google Sign-In, and Sign in with Apple. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, permanent data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from device failures, network interruptions, operating system updates, third-party service issues, authentication failures, storage or sync failures, user mistakes, or other events outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Application at any time for maintenance, legal, operational, or technical reasons.
You may stop using the Application at any time. The data covered by account deletion, the request procedure, data that remains on your device, and subscription handling are described in Delete Your Account and Associated Data and the Privacy Policy. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an app store subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted in the Application or on our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business as the court of first instance.
