Frequently asked questions
Which devices are supported?
The current build targets iPhone with iOS 26.1 or later and Android 8.0 or later. A physical device that supports vibration is required. The app supports 20 languages based on the device language.
How do I start?
Review alarm and notification permissions, then use Settings → Help → Permissions and operation check for a short device check. Choose a time or delay on the Alarm tab and set it. Use Settings → Weekday alarms on iPhone, or the Recurring tab on Android, for weekdays and times.
Why does vibration change when I lock my iPhone?
Custom vibration playback on iPhone requires the app to stay in the foreground. Open the Night screen after setting the alarm. It prevents automatic lock and can darken the display. Locking with the side button or switching apps returns vibration control to the OS.
An alarm does not appear or vibrate
Check power, charge, alarm and notification permissions, and device vibration settings. On Android, also check full-screen alarm access, exact alarms, battery restrictions and background operation. Manufacturer restrictions and force-stopping the app may affect delivery. Review permissions in Settings and try a short check in the same device state.
Can I change the reminder count and interval?
See Settings → Alarm time settings. Basic settings use 3–5 reminders including the first, with 15–30 minute intervals. Premium advanced settings allow adjustment. Changes apply when you next set an alarm.
Why can an OS control stop the alarm without completing tasks?
App dismiss and snooze tasks cannot be enforced through OS stop controls. They are not device unlock security. An OS stop may stop only the current occurrence and leave later reminders scheduled. A complete stop in the app also cancels the remaining reminders in that set.
Where are ads shown, and what is Premium?
Basic alarms are free. Ads may appear on eligible tabs such as Recurring, Vibration, Stop and Settings. They do not appear on the Alarm tab, Night screen, ordered-tap, hold or rapid-tap challenges, or previews. After the device is unlocked, the ringing screen and calculation steps may show a banner when there is enough space. Premium is a one-time purchase for ad removal and advanced settings. Your store purchase screen shows the price.
How do I restore a purchase?
Sign in to the same store account used for the purchase, connect to the internet, and choose Restore purchases on the Premium screen. Purchases do not automatically transfer between App Store and Google Play. If the problem continues, contact us with the store, purchase date and identifying order information, without card details.
How do I request a refund?
Request a refund through the store where you purchased. See Apple refund help or Google Play refund help.
How is usage data handled?
Usage data is normally collected automatically for measurement and improvement. Where consent is required, we ask before collection starts. If a consent choice is available, change it under Settings → About the app → Usage data. Advertising consent is handled separately. See the privacy policy.
